How long is the tour?+
Sightseeing packages last from 2 hours (Retro Ride) to 4.5 hours (VIP with lunch at Stylowa). Corporate packages run from 2.5 to 4 hours, and the city game takes about 2.5–3 hours.
In what languages are the tours available?+
Polish and English are always available. With advance notice and confirmed guide availability we also run tours in Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Ukrainian. All our guides are professional storytellers with deep knowledge of Nowa Huta history.
What is the price per person?+
Sightseeing packages: Retro Ride 150 PLN/person (2h), eNHa TRIP from 500 PLN (2.5h), eNHa + Steelworks from 550 PLN (4h), VIP with lunch at Stylowa from 600 PLN (4.5h). Steelworks administrative buildings from 30 PLN/person. City game and corporate packages — individual quote. Larger groups — individual quote.
Can I bring children?+
Yes! Family-friendly options include the vintage vehicle sightseeing tour and the city game. When accompanied by adult guardians, children under 7 enter the Steelworks administrative buildings free of charge.
Where does the tour start?+
Retro Ride: meeting at Plac Centralny (Cafe Nero, os. Centrum C 1, 31-929 Krakow). eNHa TRIP, Steelworks and VIP packages: pickup at your chosen location in Krakow — we suggest Matejki Sq. 2, Kopernika 6 or Dajwor St., due to restricted car traffic in the city centre.
What if the weather is bad?+
Most tours run regardless of the weather. In case of extreme conditions we reschedule free of charge or refund the full amount.
Do you offer gift vouchers?+
Yes. Choose a tour or an amount on our vouchers page, or email [email protected]. The voucher is valid for 12 months.
Do you issue VAT invoices?+
Yes, we issue VAT invoices. Please provide your billing details when booking, or by email after the tour.
